was established in 1986 to support and affirm the Fairfield/Chartwell
Community. It is a large house with open plan lounge, dining and
kitchen area that is suitable for up to 30 people, and a smaller room suitable for up to five visitors. The ten place computer suite is available for individuals or group bookings There is off street parking for 12 cars. The house has free Wi-Fi, a free public phone for local calls and free Internet access in the lounge and computer suite. Hire charge is set at a very low level for community groups to encourage community participation. We are able to do this because Hamilton City Council supports our rental costs.
